    My username should be it was my original username but they keep putting Fuller Jack as my username and I'm not sure who's getting the credit I did put in $9.99 to restore my username with no effect.

    Also I get a lot of crashes from Xbox the directions say that I should clear the data from the applications manager but if I do this will all my coins be lost will all my winnings be lost?

    You can try contacting support to see if they can refund it, but generally there are no refunds for name changes and the only way to fix it would be to pay again. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support
