this method if an Xbox issue occurs. Uninstalling and re-registering the Xbox app can fix the appearing error code. After uninstalling this app to re-register follow these steps:

• From the taskbar click on the search icon.

Yes but at the time of the account creation I don't believe the terms said anything about valid information so my account should fa under those circumstances of that time but main question hasn't been answered being if I provide my credit card information

Really man. Look it's your responsibility to keep track of your information your FALSE information. Providing false information is a violation of the terms of use and will probably end in a account ban on that gamertag anyway so you may as well start from
scratch...
