Username didn’t change after a month

I changed my username on august 28th and it didn’t change my username instead it shows my old username and shows the new username underneath the old Unser name and I waited after a month still didn’t change and i also payed 10 dollars to change it also last thing is that every time I play halo infinite shows my old username and not the new username

If your Gamertag has still not updated to the one you paid for, please contact Xbox live Support so they can assist you. They'll be able to confirm the charge for the Gamertag change and confirm whether or not it actually changed.

You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

No I meant that once you change your username again, you have to wait 3 months. After the 3 months, you can change it again. Thanks by the way.

This account which i used to change the Gamertag. It had the tag of “SvmmyTvlhvMCYT” it didn’t have the numbers. I created a new account it didn’t had any numbers. I used another account to change an Gamertag (after the first account) it didn’t show any numbers.

you can change the gamertag only once after that you will be charged for changing your username in xbox
