    USER NAME AND SERVICE STATUS


    Greetings.

    This is my first time posting here.

    My Profile name here is different than my gamer tag in Halo 4.

    I didn't create the user name that is being used here.

    Is this Normal and can it be changed ?

    The site is also saying that i didn't play Halo 4 yet.

    What am i missing ?

    This is due to a an issue where customers are having difficulties with the following services. Please read:
    Xbox LIVE status page for the latest update regarding any progress. I'm sorry but this is all we can do for now. So sit tight until this has been resolved.

    Post back when this is resolved and let us know if you are still having difficulties.

    Also, my NAT status doesn't even show up in the Network settings. It just shows my network name and "All services are available"

    USER NAME AND SERVICE STATUS

    I believe what's happened is you have created a new Gamertag on this website. That account has no rep, no Gold Membership, no gamerscore, and no games. It also generates a random Gamertag for you.

    You may have entered a different Microsoft account and password than the one with your usual Gamertag.

    This is and issue that is on the services side of things. Microsoft sent out a tweet that they are aware of the situation and are working on a Fix.

    You can go to Xbox Live status to view the status of the Xbox live services.

    It sounds like they are close to a fix. Hopefully you will be back gaming soon.
