    So I am currently trying to sign into my account on Game Pass PC, but every time I try I get the error User interaction required for authentication. If I click More Info, I get sent to the support page with error 0x80860010 in the search bar, which brings no results. I can sign into my account via Website, and on my Xbox One Console itself, but PC will not let me sign in, despite previously having no issues for months and now it's not giving me a way to fix this, or provide any help to solve it. If anyone can assist, it would be appreciated.

    I'm having exactly the same problem and despite following all steps I'm still unable to log in into Xbox Live from my PC with Windows 10. I'm not sure if it's related to teredo being blocked - I followed the teredo troubleshooting but everything seems to be OK there.

    Hello, MickysaurusRex. Thanks for reaching out. I'm Lucas, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user just like you. I'll be glad to help you out.

    Are you able to sign in on the Microsoft Store just fine? The issue is happening only with the Xbox app? If so, try to install the Xbox Companion app. Try to sign in to it then open the Xbox App and you should be signed in already.

    If it does not work, please try to clean your apps cache, reset then and clear your account cache too:

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Reset.

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Reset.

    - Click on Start > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials. Search for Xbl|DeviceKey, click on it and then Remove.

    - Delete Accounts and Cache folders at:

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

    - Also delete Microsoft Store local cache files at:

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe

    - Go to Start > Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Fix it. (Windows 10 only)

    - Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options > Privacy > Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

    - Press the Windows Key + R. Type WSReset and press Enter.

    - Go to Start > Type PowerShell > Right click it and select “Run As Administrator” > Type the following command and press Enter:

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    - Restart Windows.

    - If you're using a proxy, please stop using it for now:

    - Press Windows Key + R. Type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings. Uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box. Click Ok.

    - Please check if Date and Time is set correct. Uncheck "Set the time automatically", do it manually.

    Try to sign in on the Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account of the computer. Try to sign in to the Xbox app and let me know how it goes.
