    Useless complaint system

Filing a complaint via your console is the only way to contact the enforcement team, you can't talk to them personally.

I reported a gamer a couple weeks ago that said something very offensive to me. I filed a complaint on my console and the gamer that I reported didn't even get a slap on the wrist. I really need someone to tell what the gamer said to me because it was
very offensive. I really think he should be banned for what he said to me. I know he didn't get a suspended because his friends would of told me so. I sure there are lots of cases where this goes on for other people. I did talk to support about it and they
said he needs several complaints. How can he pay his price if he only does it to me? I think he should be suspended after that complaint I filed on him. I do have him blocked and muted. Should I unblock him to see if he does it again so I can file another
complaint. I do think if an Xbox Live moderator heard what he messaged me he would be appalled on what he messaged me. These complaints do nothing. I even hear stuff that would offend other people and nothing happens to them. I really think you should be able
to report someone to an Xbox Live moderator.

    Hello toshlines75,

Your Rewards Account is a separate account from your Microsoft Account. When you create a Rewards Account, it is created using the information from your Microsoft Account. Since at the time of your registration, your Microsoft Account was set to the Great
Britain region, you registered as a British Rewards member. When you migrated your Microsoft Account, your Rewards Account does not also migrate. Therefore, when we attempt to deposit GBP from your British Rewards Account, the process fails because your Australian
Microsoft Account will only accept AUD.

This means that in order to resolve this issue, you have two options. You need to either adjust your Microsoft Account to match your Rewards Account, or create a new Rewards Account to match your new Microsoft Account region.

    1) You can adjust your Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards region from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com). This will cause your regions to match and allow your currency to be deposited.

    2) The second option of Creating a brand new account has some pros and cons. The benefit of creating a new Rewards Account is that your new account will be set to track and Reward purchases made in your Microsoft Account's regional currency. The drawback
is that you will lose the previous progress you have made on your account, as you will be creating a brand new Rewards Account.
While we will be able to transfer any pending (un-deposited) Credits from your old Rewards Account, we will not be able to transfer any other progress.

If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join by date still shows
"???", and not a recent registration date, then your account has not yet been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Complaint System is Useless

Man, I would not switch over to PS network if my life depended on it. I was jsut stating that I've been a loyal customer of Microsoft and Live for as long as its been available. I read the agreement, I understand the conditions but I figured that if someone
cancelled their card they'd know... I'm not feigning ignorance. I was seriously surprised. I wasn't even aware that I was charge 20 bucks to my account until I got ahlod of customer support. I'm justs aying, I love xbox. I've never complained, never missed
a payment. I jsut wanna be able to play my game without having to start all over. And i got my 3 month subscription before I even knew my account was suspended assuming I would just be able to plug in the code and get right back on BF3.

    Complaint System is Useless

So I cancelled my credit card and you guys still charged my account $19.98 without warning. And now my account is suspended and I just spent $30 on a 3 month subscription that I can't redeem on my profile. I think its only fair that you remove the charge
and unsuspend my account. I have been a loyal Microsoft customer for years. ***, I haven't even picked up a PS controller since Play Station 1 was out. Not once have a I filed a complaint or miss a payment. I think the least you could do is a waive a $20 charge
that was unfairly added to my account.
