    Heres what happened.

    Play rocket league.. - way too much for a 23 yr old man with a full time job and **** to pay for.

    Rocket league has a trade system. - again spend far 2 much on this game..

    Went in for a Trade for a item. - if u play this game u know certain things are worth loads...

    in this case he was trading me 1 item and trying to replace it with a non color version - worthless..

    ive fallen for this twice... not this time pal.. after getting his abuse in chat to why im a " punk bitch "

    i left and sent him a XBL Message saying " welcome to ban.... pussy" and reported his ass.

    what a idiot.. as i got the **** ban? for messaging him on XBL -- coms ban -- 2 weeks.

    Fair enough... i shouldn't of done... but according to my account records... im like 95% in the green... ( picture it shows u on enforcement page )

    i filed a case review... they declinded it within 30 mins...

    Reason :- " pussy " is a sexist remark... as well as a offensive one.

    dude? if your gonna pull the book on me..

    spoken to online chat two times.. they cant do anything..

    Decided to Ring up... ( this is what really has pissed me off... )

    DUDE ON THE PHONE being a ass with me... telling me he dosnt care, he cant and wont help, i cant speak to anyone above him as They wont care and this is going in circles theres nothing he can do and hung up on me..

    without being rude i get if they cant do anything but your " enforcement team " should be able to get contact from a outside source... surely?

    what are they locked in a cage somewhere?

    the coms ban dosnt even bother me... the issue is.. whenever im playing a game every 30 seconds i get a message across my screen.

    " due to your previous behaviour you cannot do this at this time "

    sort it Xbox...

    URGENT APPEAL FOR REMOVAL OF SUSPENSION

    i have been banned for 2 weeks for no reason how do i speak to someone from xbox live to discuss removing this ban

    ok so about a month ago i got com banned for 2 or 3 weeks and that ban ended over a week ago but im still not able to talk or send messages even though i have no current ban

    Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & the enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Filing for a case review is the only way to contact them.If you have done that & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

    Your rep has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not & is a separate thing.

    As with xbox live,swearing/foul language is not allowed on the forums.

    If you got communication banned for an xbox message then that means your friend reported your message.

    Hi There,

    It seems that both you and your friend said something via messages and both got reported. Best advice is to block, report, and move on from conflicts. As the others have said, visit the website, file an appeal and then simply wait out the ban if the appeal
    doesn't go through.
