    First of all the lack of contact options is extremely annoying. Second this new enforcement system is so incredibly poorly thought out. Having people do a questionnaire just to be turned away because of a stupid question like "it's okay to fight with other
    players online". The question is poorly worded. Having a maximum request review is also incredibly flawed. I've been reported and suspended because I told someone off who repeatedly swore at me calling me offensive and abusive names and team killing me for
    no reason. Im suspended, what's his punishment? There is no way to email Xbox support. End My suspension or cancel my members

    I have no idea why I can't access my rewards I have been told in the past my accounts don't match but as far as I can see they do can somebody please help me sort this out.

    Hello toshlines75,

    Your Rewards Account is a separate account from your Microsoft Account. When you create a Rewards Account, it is created using the information from your Microsoft Account. Since at the time of your registration, your Microsoft Account was set to the Great
    Britain region, you registered as a British Rewards member. When you migrated your Microsoft Account, your Rewards Account does not also migrate. Therefore, when we attempt to deposit GBP from your British Rewards Account, the process fails because your Australian
    Microsoft Account will only accept AUD.

    This means that in order to resolve this issue, you have two options. You need to either adjust your Microsoft Account to match your Rewards Account, or create a new Rewards Account to match your new Microsoft Account region.

    1) You can adjust your Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards region from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com). This will cause your regions to match and allow your currency to be deposited.

    2) The second option of Creating a brand new account has some pros and cons. The benefit of creating a new Rewards Account is that your new account will be set to track and Reward purchases made in your Microsoft Account's regional currency. The drawback
    is that you will lose the previous progress you have made on your account, as you will be creating a brand new Rewards Account.
    While we will be able to transfer any pending (un-deposited) Credits from your old Rewards Account, we will not be able to transfer any other progress.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
    You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
    which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join by date still shows
    "???", and not a recent registration date, then your account has not yet been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    That is the only way to appeal your suspension. Retaliation is never the appropriate response to harassment on xbox live. It's always best to report the user and move on.

    isnt that part of the game, attacking other players. hog tying etc etc. now being nasty by swearing and verbal abuse then i agree thats bad and should not happen.

    its like sea of thieves people reporting others for robbing them yet its part of the game, so my take is, play the game how it should be but dont be a verbal abuser whilst doing it.

    The enforcement team investigate every complaint they receive and will take the appropriate action. It's not all done by ai. Investigations can take time so action is not taken immediately for things like that. Profanity is a lot easier to spot which
    is probably why action is taken so quickly on that.

    Why am i getting suspended for months old "looking for group" posts that have nothing against TOS in the description?

    no point trying to contact support in anyway, they will not listen, they will not log it, they are not allowed to intervene, and they will not escalate the issue to enforcement. the system is completely broken and not fit for purpose. Also, it is not a hacker that is doing it but there useless AI systems.
