    Hi everyone,

    I have a big issue with a payment. Indeed, I bought a Fortnite DLC ( which include V-bucks and a skin ). I used my code and everything was good, I had my skin and my v-buck. But now, by accident I bought the same DLC and the code is obviously not usable.

    I have the code error : -PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent

    So I repeat the first code is good, he works but the other one ( a different code ) cannot be use ( for me ) in order to get the same dlc.

    The DLC included 600 v-buck and a skin, and I just wanted an other time the 600 hundred v-bucks and not the skin. But the xbox system is blocked because of this skin that I already have.

    I hope that I will have useful answers.

    Hi ,

    Unfortunately, you can't get a refund via Xbox because DLC are non-refundable. However, you stated you have a code so you should still have the code. It just won't be redeemable on your account.
    Thanks to replying me.

    Yeah unfortunately my code is usable but not on my account, for example If I give you the code you will be able to use it... but not me.

    Unfortunately, you can't get a refund via Xbox because DLC are non-refundable. However, you stated you have a code so you should still have the code. You just can;t just use the code to purchase this DLC for Fortnite because the DLC your trying to get
    twice is just a one time offer per account.

    When you put in the code does it show up in your Microsoft balance or is a strictly a Fortnite promotion code for the skin and V-buck?
    That is only for Fortnite.
