Useless ban

I got banned today and haven't had any voice communication with people I don't know and I barely have played xbox and I wanna know how I can uplift this ban? I already took the tests but failed because my Xbox was lagging and it clicked the wrong answer

You must have sent explicit message and one of your friends reported you. That will be it surely.

Those are the only places where the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team (XBLPET) will see and respond to questions about suspension or bans.

I don't see the reason why you copy and paste the exact same thing the OP posted.

Clicking the link I provided brings you to a forumpage, reading through it and clicking the additional link for Case review gives you information which says.

 

I got an enforced suspension on the 17th of feb and I don't know why I can't click on the review case heading. I have had 3 live chats one of them said I was innocent but I still can't get the suspension lifted. I don't even know what I have supposed to
have done so how can I rectify it. The ban is for two weeks but I can't review it. My reputation is at good and I have had live since it came out and haven't had any problems. I have tried using different browsers as I was told to do on the live chat. I have
a gaming tournament starting tomorrow and have been waiting months for it. Can anyone help

No matter which support agent you talk to, none of them can determine if you were innocent or not since they are in no way affiliated with the Enforcement team XBLPET, nor do they have any information on it. If you can't submit a case review then you'll
just have to sit it out, nothing else you can do.
