Useing PS4 controller on Xbox one console

I have been using my ps4 ever since the ps4 came out. Then when I went and bought a xbox one form amazon and when i set everything up and started playing fortnite and Call of duty World War 2 but there was one problem the controller. I do not like the xbox
controller for many reasons mainly how the triggers and the bumpers are layed out. So I try to find out ways to use m ps4 controller on my xbox but most of the things I saw did not work out for me.

What do you guys think of using a ps4 controller on a xbox or using a xbox controller on a ps4. Sony and Microsoft and Sony already allow cross play with the 2 platforms so might as well go all the way right?

Controller

Have you tried useing a diffrent controller to see if it really is the controller. Try dissconnecting the controller from the xbox and reconnecting it to the xbox.

So I've been using the Brook X One Wireless Adapter for a couple of months now, its a superb and very clever piece of kit that you plug into the Xbox Elite Controller which then allows you to use it on Xbox One / PS4 & SWITCH.

I don't see either company liking that type of compromise. it would also force both to give away certain details or secrets in order to allow cross compatible controllers. Crossplay is simply operated via a server, very unintrusive. I just really do not
see that type of compromise.

To connect a PS4 controller to the Xbox One,
you'll need to use the CronusMAX PLUS adapter, which is one of the more reliable ways to pair the controller and console.

I felt the controller to the xbox one, and It to me does not feel better than the xbox 360, the vibration feels wired, its so bad that I would have to say, I really want to use my 360 controller for the xbox one if I get one please MS because the xbox one
controller, is not at all what I thought it was going to be with its 40 improvements. the ps4 on the other hand, I have never had a problem with the ps3 controller unlike most people, and I still haven't even seen the ps4 in real like, I seen a bock with the
console in it, but not the console. I would really want to hold a ps4 controller, it even looks comfortable to hold

I've never had any issues with sensitivity either with the stock controller or with the elite controller which I now use, in all fairness I've never had sensitivity issues with my PS4 controller either but it would also be fair to say that as a
primary PC gamer I'm used to ultra sensitive control methods!

Dunno man, I'm not a console nerd. I've just had PS1 and stopped to play it like 12 years ago. I've just got PS4 a year ago. So I'm not a veteran with consoles. And I can pretty feel the difference between XBox One and PS4 controllers' sticks. I had to carefully
press on XBox One's stick to don't miss the lock-on but on PS4 I can do so without even care.

Both the PS4 and Xbox Controllers can only be used with their respective consoles.
