I bought my daughter a used xbox1 from a reliable source. I have since found out that their email address is still within it and blocking ALL parental controls I wish to give to my daughter.

How do I delete ALL their details from this console ?

    :)

Used Xbox1 Removal off past parental controls

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    - Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    - Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

    - Press and hold the Pair button (located on the left side of the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    - Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

    - Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

    - The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

If your console doesn't have an Eject button, you can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the Pair button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button. Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

    - Once you see the Startup Troubleshooter, select Factory Reset and then choose "Remove everything"

    - Once the Reset is complete, you'll be prompted to sign into your console using your Microsoft account credentials, after which you'll choose your preferred settings and your console should display normally again.

    control parental como desactivarlo

Hey Safao, if you have parental controls on, you will have to have your parents remove them. Did you buy the console used? Here is the

    Xbox 360 parental controls
support page if you have any questions. Thanks.

    Changing my age ?

You cannot change the age but you can turn off Parental Controls. See:
    support.xbox.com/.../parental-control
for the steps (that document tells you how to turn them on but it is the same steps for turning them off... You can see the Off option in the image).

    Help bypass parental controls

    Cool!

To remove the parental control you have to insert a specific code of your console, that is taken from the serial number of the console.

To know this key to remove parental control you must contact the official Xbox support from the following link:

How to purchase something with a card that’s already on the Xbox ?

Hi Ethan W, my name is Adam.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the parental controls on your Xbox. It’s great that you’re being responsible with your purchases! Here’s what you can do:

    1. Check if parental controls are still enabled: You can click on the heading that says User Accounts and Family Safety. Once you are in it, you will see Parental Controls. Click on it and set it to off. This will turn off the parental controls that might be on for any user account.

Open a web browser and type http://account.microsoft.com/family in the address bar. In the webpage that opens, sign in with your account. You will now have two sections, adults and children. Select the one you want to remove from privacy. If you want to remove yourself, you will be in the adult section. However, you will have to remove all the children before you remove yourself. Go in either of the section, select the account you want to remove from privacy and click Remove.

    2. Add funds to your account using a gift card: If you have a gift card, you can redeem it to add funds to your account. You can redeem a gift card by following the instructions provided in this article.
    https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/child-accounts/approve-child-purchases

    3. Ask your parent to approve your purchases: If parental controls are still enabled, you can ask your parent to approve your purchases.

    I hope this helps!
    Adam.
