Used Xbox Video for the First ... and Last Time

Hi,

I'm an Xbox Live Gold Member from Belgium for the dutsch-spekaing (majority) part by the way. Today I decided to - foolishly - rent a movie from the xbox video store - Word war Z. And then all the troubles started.

First off, for some inexplicable reason Microsoft seems to think that Belgians only want FRENCH-speaking movies. And yes all my settings are to Belgium Dutch (Dashboard and Account as mentioned countless time by MS Support but that doens't fix anything)
but to no avail. When selecting a movie you don't get any choice but FRENCH dubbed (not even subtitled). This language problem seems to be going on for YEARS and still Microsoft doesn't seem bothered to get it right ... Ah well.

So I decided to rent the HD version of World War Z anyway in the streaming version. But after some 20 minutes I had to break off the play of the movie. Not a problem I thought, my rental was valid for 48 HOURS, it said so explicitly when leaving Xbox Video
(more then a day availability). But of course Microsoft wouldn't be the behemoth from Redmond when they had a surpirse in store. When an hour later I wanted to resume the movie I pressed 'Resume' ... logic isn't it. Well no ... I got the message my rental
was expired and if I would kindly re-rent or re-purchase the movie? Excuse me?

Oh by the way ... Micrososft is officially launching the Xbox One in September in Belgium. I guess they need so much time to translate their crappy service, a service that in a tri-langual country they can't even get right, don't seem to bothered about,
with a UI that let you believe you can resume your streaming rented movie when in fact it doesn't. And they expect Dutch-speaking Belgians to pay for apps - the number of available apps numbers 12 - no Nelflix, no HBO, no significant app of any mentionable
kind.

In short: I'll be damned if I buy an Xbox One if those problems after seven years can't be fixed by MS.

Can I get a refund for my hired movie I can no longer watch after 63 minutes in stead of the 48 hours? And I'll be damned if I spent another day and half even reaching the custoemr service for Belgium to explain this problem.

I used a redeem code for Xbox live gold membership last night and now every time I get done with the first online mission on GTA 5 Online the game restarts.

As for the app availability for Xbox One in Belgium, that really comes down to the choices of the app providers. If you'd like to see a specific app in your region (like Netflix or HBO Go), then I recommend you reach out to the providers (Netflix and HBO)
to let them know you're interested.
