Used XBox and licenses

Purchased an Xbox from a friend, along with a title and, theoretically, the DLC for it. Can I move the licenses to my account?

does every dlc have its own license?

If i bought a new xbox and used the license transfer feature to move the licenses for my account's dlc to the new xbox, then went on the old xbox and bought a new dlc, which xbox is the license of that new dlc on?

Can i get more license transfers?

I recently licensed transferred with my 2nd xbox then relicensed with my 1st xbox and i cant license transfer with my 2nd but i only used two license transfer... is there anyway i get more license transfers?

All DLC comes with two licenses. A console license, and an account license. If your friend purchased the DLC from that console, you can still play it without doing a license transfer.

No, you can not. It's a violation to share Live accounts and the second you register with your Live account, those licenses will be lost since they're associated with your friend's Live account.

Watch it, too, because as others have said, the second he licenses his new system, you lose access to your system until you create a new Live account.

^^ I *think* the OP is stating he has already created an account on this used Xbox. He/She currently has access to the DLC that was previously downloaded on the console, but as others have mentioned, once the previous owner does a license transfer, the
DLC will no longer be available to the new account.
