    Please help! I used rewards codes with the wrong email. I still have the codes so I was wondering if theres anyway to get them on my real xbox account.

    Please avoid putting your true email on posts in this public forum; ditto for your true name, gamertag, any info which could identify you. We don't like making things easier for hackers.

    Now, this is, BTW, a Microsoft Account issue, not an Xbox issue; the Microsoft Account support folk have their own support forum at

    windows.microsoft.com/.../id-help-center
    - and here's some steps you can use to solve it I found there.

    0) If you already have a second Microsoft Account (formerly known as the Windows Live ID) you can skip step 1 altogether

    1) Make a new Microsoft Account at
    http://startup.live.com
    which after you complete it should lead you to the Account Summary

    1A) If you don't get to the Account Summary page, go to
    http://Account.Live.Com
    and sign in there.

    1B) If you are prompted to cofirm the email address, please do so.

    2) Complete the security information by clicking on the Edit Security Info link below. Make sure to add the Security Question down below as well as a cellular number in the Phone Numbers field and an alternate email address which is different
    from the Microsoft Account address.

    3) Then, enter http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=242792 in the address bar of your browser. Fill in the form there, with the subject EMAIL BEHIND MICROSOFT ID IS BROKEN - give
    a good working email where their support folks can find you. You should receive a response within a day, the gods willing.

    Unfortunately redeemed codes/purchased items can not be moved between accounts in any way.

    Xbox support can't refund redeemed codes and make them usable again.

    You will have to get another code as those are already used and can not be used again.

    --------------------

    A way around this issue is to buy the content you want to use on the account that you accidentally redeemed the codes on and set that account as your my home xbox account and then you can share the games and DLC (with some exceptions) with your other account.

    Nothing can be done unfortunatley. All i can advise is to double check you are using correct account you want them on next time.

    Nothing can be done unfortunatley. All i can advise is to double check you are using correct account you want them on next time.
