Used VIP gems to buy credits, I have 25k but there is no request deposit button?

Hey I used my vip gems to buy rewards credits on the 16th, they are appearing on my rewards page and states "you have 25,250 credits" my issue is the make a deposit button is not appearing. I have never had an issue in the past with rewards or making a deposit
when I have over 1000 credits. Is there a way to trigger the deposit? I would like to use the currency I will (hopefully) receive to pre order Far Cry 5 before the game is released on the 27th so I can make use of the 10% pre order discount. Any help would
be great.

Missing reward credits

The option to request a deposit is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So you would not have been able to request a deposit at 21,000 credits. If you request a deposit and then redeemed gems for rewards credits,
the credits from the gems are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.

 

MyCredits deposit stuck

I had around 1250 rewards credits near the end of april, so I requested a deposit. It never went through when the 30th of april passed. Near the start of May I used VIP gems to acquire 5000 more rewards credits. The 15th has now passed and still no credit
has been deposited in my account. The credits still appear to be there but no date for deposit or option to deposit is on the MyRewards page.

I would appreciate some help with this as soon as possible.

 

There is no way to have credits deposited before the scheduled deposit dates. The deposit request button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have
5,000 pending first. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

At 5000 or more pending Credits you are automatically scheduled for the next deposit cycle. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
