Used the microsoft Website to redeem my xbox game pass and I didn't get it

I got a gamepass code and I put it in my xbox and it was all broken. I couldn't go to confirm to start my gamePass so I googled it up and I did what the page said but It didn't work. And at the end it said if it do not work got to the website to redeem the code. So I press on the website and it is the real microsoft Website and I put the code and did everything and it said all done. So I waited a day and I still not got that gamepass and now I'm a bit scared because I cant find it and it might bill me every month and I do not want that to happen. And I cant find it to cancel it.

Then why didn't I get my code when I redeemed them and am not an active game pass users? I checked my inbox, spam, and everything and it's been 2 weeks since I redeemed the codes on the website yet I have yet to get any codes to use.

I bought a 3 month xbox live subscription from a website recently. I tried to redeem it on my Xbox, and it didn't work. I then tried to redeem it on http://www.microsoft.com/redeem and it worked. Turns out it was a game pass ultimate subscription. Try
the site, it might work there.

The code is for a game, a game pass subscription or what exactly?
Where did you get this code?
For a third party store / website?
And, the same happens if you try to redeem the code on console or using the website?

Hello. Thank you for your help, I have tried to redeem the code through the website for Black desert online but it still did not work,. I didn't get an error message it just sait that the code was not valid since it was too long when I tried to redeem it on the Black desert online website. How do I redeem it on the XBOX app for PC or should I be able to redeem it through their official website?

I already have Black desert online on the Steam platform so it would be nice to get the content on that account.
