Used prepaid Fallout 3 code

Hey guys!

I recently got a Fallout 3 prepaid keycode for Xbox 360, and when I try to claim it, I just get a message that the code has been used already. I contacted live support about this, and they told me to make a post here.

What am I supposed to do in a situation like this?

Fallout 3 redeem code lost

i prepaid Fallout 4 and they gave me a code for fallout 3 and i cannot find the message on xbox live where the code was sent. is there any way to re send that message with the code?

Where did the code come from? Once a token is used up, it cannot be reactivated or replaced by us on the forums. If you received a code from a retailer, you may want to reach out to them for further assistance with getting the code replaced.

 

I got the code from G2A, and they told me to contact you guys and find out when the code was used. Can you guys do so if I post the code here?

 

Please don't post the code. Even though its already used up, no one from the support can fully check it here. But if you contact support, then they could check the code when it was redeemed in real time. That way, you won't need to wait for someone to reply

If G2A sent a code that was already redeemed, you will need to reach out to them again for further assistance. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee codes purchased from 3rd party websites are not redeemed.
