Just a hunch, but in what condition are your "pre-owned" games? Sounds to me like they're not being recognized (possibly due to scratches or other read-only errors), unlike your "new" games. How many pre-owned games did you buy? And how many were tried on
another console? Have you tried cleaning the discs? If this fails, try buying a *new* copy of one of those pre-owned titles, and if it works just fine on your console then you'll know it was prolly a fault of buying the pre-owned stuff (ie, somebody else's
rejects).

I came here to voice my frustration with this. If MS involves themselves in any way on used games, you lose a dedicated customer. You have no business or right to implement such a thing. Either stay out or watch your system fail.

I would like to know if xbox gave any thought to people like me, i have five Xbox 360, me and my kids play new and old 360 game and now you are telling me that if i buy the NEW XBOX ONE i can no longer play Halo 3, Defiance, and others.

What the hell are you doing ! I am Ret disable Vet with kids who love to play Xbox but now new systems and new games only ! Xbox you need to rethink this people like me will keep the Xbox 360 and not buy the Xbox one, we do not have the money to buy five
of every game when three will play it every day two when there not playing mindcraft. Please think about people who have a mix gaming FAM and people on fixed income.

Honestly I have always bought a brand new game from my local GameStop and never even returned a game as well. The only time I have ever personally bought a used game was Civilization Revolution because I couldn't find a new copy because most stores no longer
had it in stock. It feels as though I am getting some sort of punishment for something I never did!
