used Eon code but got nothing

Thank you for coming to the forums. Did you not get the Eon cosmetic set or the 2,000 V-bucks? Double check the back part of the card with the code on it to see if there isn't two separate codes for the content but I believe both thing s should redeem from
one code.

Check your account's order history to make sure you put it on the right account.

Once you confirmed it's been correctly redeemed to your account, go ahead and do a

hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

Nope, it does not show up on that site.

I did not get anything that was promised in the bundle and weirdly enough nothing showed up on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Thank you for keeping us updated. Do you have any other accounts on your console? It is possible that the prepaid code was redeemed on a different account. If you do have any other accounts, we suggest checking

the order history for those accounts as well. If you are unable to locate the redemption of the code on all of your accounts, we suggest reaching out to the
Xbox Support team. They will be able to investigate the billing section of your account(s) to make sure the account(s) owns the content.
