    Microsoft sent me a gold REQ pack for Halo 5:Guardians a few days ago (05/26/2016), but since I was on vacation, I had no idea. When I tried to redeem the code, it was already used on another account. Now, I have never had this happen before, and am wandering
    why I was sent a used code, or an unused code that somehow got redeemed by someone else.

    eBay is fine as long as you pay attention to feedback ratings, and pick people who have previous feedback from trading games. Can't go wrong if you do that, and you can pick games up for much much cheaper than anywhere else. I sell 95% of my games on eBay
    when I've finished with them, and bought a fair few too. Never had any issues, other than someone trying to get a free game out of me and then becoming abusive (a Call of Duty game surprisingly enough!).

    Is it possible your account was signed in on a friend's console and they redeemed it on their account by chance? Also, can you clarify where you received this code? I don't know of any recent promotions that provided REQ packs. This was something that occurred

    No, I don't sign in with my account on anyone but my own console. I got the code from Microsoft in my email, however, if the code somehow becomes useable, I don't want someone to take it. The email address used to send the code to me was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and
    arrived on May 26, 2016 at 08:00 PM.
