    I purchased a code from an online shop but the code was already used, I have contacted them about it and they said that they need to contact Microsoft and trace who used it. This was close to 2 weeks ago and still heard nothing back, can ms trace the code
    and does anyone know how long it takes?

    If you don't see it in your purchase history, you can try calling Xbox Support and see what they can do for you: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Otherwise, I'd find it best to keep taking this problem up with the merchant you bought it from.

    Managed to get it sorted, wasn't redeemed on my account and got a refund once I reported it to PayPal.

    Is it possible your account was signed in on a friend's console and they redeemed it on their account by chance? Also, can you clarify where you received this code? I don't know of any recent promotions that provided REQ packs. This was something that occurred
    last year.

    For your case its best to get in touch with offical Phone / Chat Support over here:
