    I had connected my microsoft account to my minecraft account and lost my windows 10 code. I had never used this code in the past and am really wanting to use it.

    Missing Email Containing Specialization Access Codes in Halo 4

    Not that the code even works but double check any other email addresses you guys may have perhaps previously you guys used another email on your accounts..cause my code didnt come in the email address tied to my Xbox live account it was sent to one of my
    other emails that I once used on the account.

    Day One Achievement not showing up

    I used code to reedem day one achievement on Xbox.com but im not seeing it on console? Any helps?

    If they send a code for the items then the code will not be linked to the purchasing account and you can use it on any account you like.

    Need to purchase Minecraft Bedrock Edition despite already owning it.

    Purchase history doesn't get deleted, if you can't see that code redeemed that's not the correct account

    Once the code it's used in one account that code won't on any other account, only the account that redeemed the code will be able to access that content

    The code redeemed on your son's account will remain tied to his account regardless of the console you use. I'm afraid we don't have any codes to offer as replacement for the missing codes. If you have any other Xbox support questions please create a new

    Online Passes used with Gold Family accounts

    All accounts should be able to access the features from Online Passes as long as they're on the console that the code was redeemed on. The account that redeemed the code will be able to use it on any console.
