Used 7-day trial, deleted account for some reason, now cannot redownload it

Here is my story of what lead to the problem,

I have a perfectly working xbox account that I have been using to play Black Ops 2. I recently got bored of being master prestige on this account and I wanted to reset myself but instead I used one of my 7-day passes to create a new account so I could have
the great feeling of leveling up again without losing all of the progress I had with my other account. I played multiplayer for a while and thought nothing was wrong until I wanted to play zombies on the map "Origins" with a friend. Once I went to zombies
I found out that all of the dlc maps I had on my other account (both accounts are on the same xbox and owned by me) could not be used by my new account. I thought that was weird considering they are both on the same xbox hard drive. I think the reason the
dlc got locked to the account was because I got a new xbox a while back and redownloaded everything to my new xbox from my old xbox (maybe this is why, I could be wrong).

Here is where the problem started,

I did a license transfer from my old account to try to get all the stuff on the hard drive (I think that is what the license transfer does) so that I would be able to play with the dlc on the new account. This did not work so I thought if I deleted the account
off of my xbox and redownloaded it that I would somehow get it (I don't know why I thought this). The problem started when I tried to redownload my new account because when I typed in the email I used to register it only a couple hours prior, it says "This
email address isn't linked to a Microsoft account. Make sure it's correct, then enter it again."

So I am wondering if there is anyway to fix this? Or does Xbox Live not bother with free-trial accounts?

I recently inputted a 7 day trial code and it says "congrats u have gold", and after that I still cannot play online or start parties etc etc? i used 2 of these 7 day trial codes thus far, and again, "congrats u now have xbl gold" but i cant access gold
features! or play online!! need help asap thankss

Used 7 day trial after what went on yesterday and my account still shows silver,yes am on live now but when will it show gold my payments are up to date

 

I might be wrong but i dont think license tranfer works like that. You should try logging into xbox.com with you new account if that works it might be an issue with live. I tried to redownload my account yesterday on another 360 and it wouldnt let me so
if youwant to try again then contact support.

 

How can i logout of my main account on xbox.com because everytime I go to that webpage it signs me into it. And do you actually think it would be worth it to contact support since it is only a 7-day trial?

 

Hi there,

regarding the License transfer.

When you change consoles you will need to do a license transfer via the account that purchased the content on that 'new' console, if I understand correctly this is exactly what you did.

After transfering the license you will need to redownload the content, this will result in the license being downloaded to the console too (You do not have to delete the content, befor redownloading it)

After that all profiles on that console should be able to use the content as long as the console is connected to xbox live.

To sign out of your account on xbox.com, just click My account under your gamertag and select 'Sign Out' you can also try ctrl+shift+p when using IE or Firefox to open inPrivate Navigation, which doesn't use cookies and requires you to sign in.

Let us know if you are able to login at xbox.com with that new account.

 

I was not able to sign into xbox.com with my new account even when I signed out of my other account. When I signed up for xbox live with the 7-day trial it makes you put and email in and that is exactly what I did. And then for some reason, I deleted the
account off my xbox and now whenever I try to redownload it xbox live is trying to tell me the account doesn't exist or that the email is not valid because it keeps giving me the message, "This email address isn't linked to a Microsoft account. Make sure it's
correct, then enter it again." (I know how to download profiles because I do it at my friends everytime I go over there) I don't know why this has to happen when I'm just trying to have fun with a new account.

 

Now I just tried to create a whole new xbox live account and redo the whole process. I tried to make a new account with the same email that I used to create the account that I lost. I thought you were only allowed one account per email address? Anyways it
worked and now I have a free xbox live account. But now since I used my 7-day pass with my lost account I can't use it again.

Also when I made the account this time I got a verification from the Microsoft Account team which I did not receive last time. The only email verification I got when I made my account that got lost was from Call of Duty for verifying their registration.
The 7-day code was from Call of Duty, so would this maybe have something to do with it?
