as the title says I used a 14 day gold trail that came with my Xbox one X, the code says it was accepted when entered but I cannot play online and my account isn’t listed as having gold. Reentering the code says it was used today.

Code won't give me gold

I redeemed a code and the Xbox showed me what I was going to get (14 day gold) and after clicking "confirm" it didn't give me the gold trail. And now it says that my code has been used.

How can I get the 14 day trail??

Xbox Gold Trail Problems

So when I used the 14 day free trail all was well. The next day my Xbox one lost its gold now I can't play NFS with friends

Trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you some benefits of online multiplayer. They do not work with all games or all games modes.

Did you buy a sub or maybe did you like apply like a free trail or maybe like a 72 hour or 14 day pass maybe. If not Prideloss is correct you have no gold on this account.

If you are using a trail or pass you won't be able to avail of the deals for gold.

But seriously, can't agree with you. And I did read it. Perhaps you missed the text. It clearly says "Includes a 14-day LIVE Gold Trial to experience Spartan Ops and War Games Online". I was not able to experience Spartan Ops after redeeming that Gold Trail.
It's that simple.

My son has patiently been waiting for his 1000 v bucks. I find it very unfair that we might not qualify for the 1000 v bucks because we previously used a 14 day trail of xbox gold live.

I urge Microsoft to reconsider on qualifying people that have only used a 14 day trial which microsoft provided.

The 3 month gold live membership is the first one we have purchased which I (and I am sure many others) assumed makes u a new customer)
