Use Xbox Live on 360 and Xbox One

I've just got and Xbox One, and I would like to put my 360 in my kids room. I know both can access my live account but would like my kids to be able to play online using my live account but logged in as themselves, so they can play with their friends not
mine.

I can't seem to find much on this subject, except that I can set the One up as my 'home' Xbox which the kids could then log into it under their username and use my live account, which is the wrong way round for me, i'm thinking maybe there's a way to do
this for the 360 that i'm not seeing.

If anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it.

360 and One on same gold account

If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?


WHITTEN: Yes this works! You'll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time

Can I use Xbox live acct on 360 plus xboxone at same time?

HI, we live in UK and my son used to use Xbox live gold on 360, got Xbox one now. We have brought 360 to turkey now... Does anyone know if he can sign in and use the live acct on the 360 he then on the Xbox one once we r back in the UK? Any help gratefully

Gold can only be shared on the One. On the 360 each account would have to have their own gold subscription.
