    My hotmail account has been blocked for one month following mistakes that I have done to recover my password and the fact that we have moved from a country to another: the phone number recorded on my Microsoft account is not anymore acessible. The issue
    is that my son XBOX Live subscription is linked to my account. As I have paid for the Xbox Live subscription, I would like to have assistance to be able to use the Xbox Live subscription and play games while there is ongoing update on my account. Is there
    a way to get a contact with the XBOX Live team? In advance, thank you very much.

    go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and click the Contact Us button.

    Select Family and Online Safety and I Want to Protect My Account in the options.

    scroll to the bottom and select Request a Call.

    Share a Game pass Ultimate account ?

    It is possible to share Gamepass on PC. I will play Sea or Thieves or Forza on my PC using my Gamepass subscription while my kid plays on my home xbox using his account.

    He essentially uses my Gamepass subscription on my Home Xbox while signed into his own account. I use my account on the PC and we play together.

    It's a common thing many families do.

    As Gooni3zGaming states, for a subscription service you need a credit/debit card or PayPal account for the ongoing subscription fees.
