Use of gold code on game pass account

Er...my question is that a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code', right?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

hi you need to have gold account and if you already have a gold account to see if your game is used or borrowed it to play the fifa online you will have to purchase the online pass code

If you have regular Game Pass, you'll just get the Gold from the codes.

If you have Game Pass Ultimate, the codes will be converted to Ultimate. They will convert based on price rather than time though, so you will get less time than what is on the codes (You can view the conversion in the Game
Pass FAQ). If you want just the full amount of Gold, hold onto the cards and redeem them after your Ultimate subscription ends.

Are you sure you redeemed to the right account? You redeemed a game pass code but it was only gold code? Was it supposed to be a 3 months of Gold?
