Use my canadien Xbox One X in France

HI!

I'm going to France soon and I want to bring my xbox one x with me, I saw that the xbox one x works on 120v and 240v so no problem apparently,

My question is :

I must use the same power cable + a plug adapter ? Or I must buy a cable with an european plug ?

Do you have a universal plug that would convert you Canada 120V 60 Hz A & B plug to the one used in France?

Which type is your type A Or B?

Power converters of any kind are not recommended.If something goes wrong then you are not covered by the warrenty.

The only way to use your console is to buy a power brick for the counrty you are in,France in your case.

You can buy one by phoning support for your region.

 

It is a dual power power supply so you should just be able to purchase the correct plug.

 

Just need a an apdater for your Canadian plug. Plug the console into the into the adapter and the adapter to the European plug socket. The console is multi-voltage so no problem there.
