Can't buy xbox live because this message comes up rather I use paypal or a credit card, I've checked that the credit card info is correct about 15 times, and I also know it is because I've used it multiple times before this happened.

Very very displeased with the way everything has worked out with my xbox one purchase. Everything has been such as a hassle. from retrieving my gamertag because my old email is no longer valid, to now not being able to buy something from your store because
i live in guam and there is no way to input this on the payment methods. Everyone at microsoft needs to start focusing on the nutz and boltz of these systems and not the cool "face and voice recognition software". What does all that matter if i cant even play
a game on the device i bought to play games on!!!!
