I'm tired of getting this message! I have tried making sure my info is correct, I called my bank to make sure the transactions are not being blocked, and I've wasted enough of my time talking to MS support. I'm not buying your gift cards, so if you can't
fix this, then you are getting no more money from me.

Very very displeased with the way everything has worked out with my xbox one purchase. Everything has been such as a hassle. from retrieving my gamertag because my old email is no longer valid, to now not being able to buy something from your store because
i live in guam and there is no way to input this on the payment methods. Everyone at microsoft needs to start focusing on the nutz and boltz of these systems and not the cool "face and voice recognition software". What does all that matter if i cant even play
a game on the device i bought to play games on!!!!

This happened in the past with me as well. I had a debit card set up to renew my LIVE on 360. After a few months go by I got a message saying I need to pay for LIVE yet I got LIVE after talking on the phone with Micro Soft. Yet after a while they told
me to buy the cards. Yet back on 360 when this happened I used same debit card to rent a server for Battlefield 3. Then they were like yeah we seen the records showing you rented a server. Seems like some bug they never fixed.

G'day Lykwid! Curious, did they ask you to change your Microsoft Account email or your Contact email? If the two are listed as the same, then it can stir up some issues when it comes to account security. We wouldn't be able to contact you
at that address if you were locked out of the account, for example, so having a different contact email listed is really helpful when keeping your account safe and secure.

As for your billing info, if you're still having difficulty reaching that through xbox.com, can you please try
commerce.microsoft.com as well? You should be able to update your details there as well.

Still no answer on this issue, and now I'm going to try calling Microsoft support for the third time to see if they can fix this. Very frustrating.

i got the same when trying to sort out gold membership during setup..Gave up but it worked when purchasing off the store.
