    im trying to use a code for a 12 month subscription on my xbox, computer and phone, i keep getting the message "Try that again" something happened on our end, waiting a bit might help... ive been waiting since yesterday, and still no fix i cant enter my
    code and the code works its comes up as a valid 12 month card.

    Is it possible your account was signed in on a friend's console and they redeemed it on their account by chance? Also, can you clarify where you received this code? I don't know of any recent promotions that provided REQ packs. This was something that occurred
    last year.

    Its best to not post any kind of code in the Forums even if they are already used.

    For your case its best to get in touch with offical Phone / Chat Support over here:
