Use a code is not showing up on my xbox one.

I am trying the enter the 25 character code from gamestop and when i go to games there is nothing there that says use a code.

The same thing happens when i try to enter the code that came with rhe game.

Redeemed code on Xbox.com but it's not showing up on my Xbox One

Hi, I downloaded a code for the McLaren P1 in Forza 5 on xbox.com but it is not showing up on my Xbox One console, please help.

Fable Legends

I recently redeemed a code for Fable Legends beta on xbox one i accepted the code at the xbox site and the download isn't showing up on my xbox one

Hello there,

After the recent dashbaord update, this button moved.

From the Home screen, hit RB (right bumper) to go to Store (the tab name will change to Games) and click Browse All Games - in the upper right will be a button that says Use A Code. Hit that and enter your code.

Alternatively, if you have Kinect say "Xbox, use a code".

XBOX one purchased game card from Walmart used the activation code at microsoft.com/redeem. The game shows up in my purchases BUT when I got to my XBOX it doesnt show up at all

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I used my QR code with my Kinect (Day One code from the Netherlands). It didn't show up anywhere in my activity feed or in my Achievements. Not on the PC not on the Xbox One and not on any of my smartglasses. When I first
tried I got an error code. I rebooted my Xbox One and now it said that the code was already used :S Please help!

I got the Xbox One S GoW4 bundle myself, but I got the codes like 3-5 business days after registering/redeeming my GoW4 code. They showed up in my Xbox msg system on my pc... not sure how it would show up on xbox I then redeemed them from my pc not the xbox
as I don't use the xbox it's something I got for my family (kids & wife). But I'm sure you can redeem via the xbox as well. If you did redeem the GoW4 game I'd think you should have received the codes, they aren't emailed they just show up in the msg'ing
center thingy.

Same problem here, took the code and no gold. Tried it again and says code has been used. Does not show up on the xbox one or PC.
