USB1 port of Xbox one s cannot discern Kinect.

when connect Kinect to usb2 port will showing error with wrong cable connection. require to connect usb1.

well noted with thanks, i have tried several times but still failed.

the LED of adapter is showing white light while connecting to both USB1and USB2 ports.

the Kinect will startup when connecting to USB2 instead USB1.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
