USB unavailable. Lost connection

I can't finish a movie without this happening at least 7 times. How can I fix this issue.

I've had a connection, then lost it, then had the connection again, then lost it again. Waiting for the Live connection to come back. I was able to download a few apps, during this.

Has anyone been informed on when Xbox Live will be back up? I tried the Xbox Live support and servicealerts, but both were down or unavailable. Nice...

 

Connection lost

Hey guys

i am having issues with my Xbox one on live.

i join a friend to play a game

some times it will join no issues but it will kick me out of the game within 5 mins of playing



i get a message of "Connection lost The host has exited the game". The host is still playing the game tHough. any way of fixing this?

 

Reformatted hard drive with WINDOWS but no solution.

 

please anyone... what am I doing wrong with my xbox? I just want to watch my movies without my usb losing connection constantly..!

 

I'm having the same issue. Watched one episode of Orphan Black (45min) and it did it 3 times. Sent a message on twitter to support, and hopefully it can be resolved. Very annoying!

I found a fix to this issue. I called microsoft and the wanted me to send my console in to replace the usb ports, but since I was still under warranty I went and swapped my xbox at my local Microsoft store. I haven't had the issue once with my new xbox
one. I literally leave it playing videos for hours without this message popping up. This might be a hardware issue rather than software. Try to swap out your boxes.

 

We should be able to get a solution without me having to ship out 2 xbox ones
