    Format your USB stick with your Xbox 360.

    Unreadable Disc Error

    Figured it out. I had to format my USB on my PC first. Then I formatted it on my xbox 360. My other USV stick I just had to format on the xbox 360.

    Don't "reset" the console.......

    You may want to invest in a HDD to prevent this issue.

    Have you tried another flash drive? What kind of file system does the USB stick run on? I believe it needs to be a FAT32 to run on the XBox 360. At least I think that's correct I may have it wrong.

    Seems there needs to be a way to safely eject the usb drive without losing data.Are you using a Sandisk? They seem to be more reliable than most.
