USB Remote control not working

We just purchased two "ZedLabz wired vibration controller for Microsoft Xbox one with 3.5mm headset jack" https://www.zedlabz.com/collections/xbox-one/products/zedlabz-2-2m-compatible-wired-vibration-contro...

They stated that these controls are XBox One compatible, but the console does not recognise them when plugged in to USB.

The four lights at the bottom flash when plugged in to USB, but turn off after 10 seconds. This happens with both controls, and I have tried all USB ports and get the same thing.

I have very unhappy kids right now!

Remote control not working

Hey,

I just upgraded my black One to an One X Project scorpio here in Germany and love it. But 2 things were/are driving me nuts.

1) To be able to connect my Kinect I need an adapter which is not produced or sold by microsoft anymore, not hardware supplier has it anywhere in stock, so I bought it on Ebay for a horrendous 100€ (the original MS price here was 39€!)

2) My original Xbox One remote control is not working. It is lighting up, so no battery problem. But the One X is not responding to any button But according to the MS homepage the remote is supported by the One X as well. Does anyone has the same problem?

HP ENVY 32 monitor & Xbox remote control

Hello,

I own HP ENVY 32 monitor (with integrated speakers), XBOX one & XBOX remote control.

Unfortunately,I cannot control monitor speakers (neither mute, nor volume up/down) via XBOX remote control.

I cannot find working remote code etc.

Is there any way I can get XBOX remote to control the volume of monitor?

Hi

If an Official Xbox One controller is recognised by your Xbox One console where the controller from Zedlabz is not recognised then I would try reaching out to the people who made the controller for support.

We will be requesting a full refund as they insisted they work.

I know it isn't a problem with the USB connection as the current remotes work thru it.

The controller doesn’t work at all unless connected to bluetooth on my phone and i don’t have a usb cable, my controller was up to date and working fine until i started using remote play

I'm assuming by remote you mean controller? Are they both the same type of controller? Ie. both X360 controllers? Is one a newer one? Have you tried connecting both via USB to see if that works?

a USB doesnt seem to work at all with my controller and it says its up to date.

i dont mind buying a new remote if it solves this but i am unsure if it is the controller or my xbox
