USB randomly unconfigures and deletes files

So i have 3 exactly 3 problems with my Silicon power ultima

1.When i take my USB out and put back in it unconfigures

2. GTA 5 disk 1 has 3(0-3 starting at zero) game download files and my USB sems always to delete the 3rd file what is 1,7GB

3.It randomly unconfigures when i turn xbox off and then back on

I have problem that my USB deletes files in USB storage and if i take it out put back in it UNCONFIGURES

I am not able to unconfigure my usb formatted drive. It doesn't have the delete option?

 

I'm going to assume your 'Silicon power ultima' is a USB device...Sounds like it's incompatible or may be malfunctioning.

 

Try formatting the USB on your pc before configuring it for the console. If that doesn't work then it may be as irixion stated above.

 

Idk where but it got virus so i cant open it with xbox and pc and has weird name but i have another USB what doesnt have virus yet

 

The files cannot be read on a pc. Putting the usb into a pc when it has been configured for the console could result in the saves being corrupted.

Please try as I stated above and format the device on your pc then configure it for the console
