    So I have a weird situation. My powera fusion pro 2 cable isn’t working in any usb ports. But it works when plugged into my laptop. The problem is my headset usb does work in all 3 Xbox ports. So a cable and port I know work aren’t working and it makes no sense to me.

    The controller is updated. The weird thing is it was working one minute then slowly would only work for a minute or two after being plug in and just less and less time it would work.

    I appreciate your response. Try to replace the Power A Fusion Pro 2 Cable if possible. If it still doesn't work, sadly it all boils down to the controller issue.

    Do you have another Xbox controller you can try to connect to your console for us to isolate the issue of this question?

    So the controller works fine the cable I mean when plugged into my laptop so I know the cable works. Now on the series x all 3 ports don’t work with this cable but work fine with my headset plug in.

    Thank you for your response. Based on your description, this is a controller/compatibility issue since this is a third-party controller, I would advise contacting the manufacturer for the controller's firmware update.

    Once the controller's firmware is updated, try to connect it to your console again.
