    I have an original xbox 360 phat with 15 games on a external usb drive. I want to use the same usb drive on my xbox one x to play my backward comp games on. However every time i insert the drive it ask me to format it. the issue with that is some of the
    games i got was license transferred to me. so i still want to play them . i still have my 360 however the wireless controll stoll the link like 10 hrs ago. so thats another issue. how can i fix this?

    You can't. It's not possible to transfer 360 games to the One via hard drive. They would have to be redownloaded from your Games and Apps and you would need to own the games on your account or have the disc.

    No limitation on USB hdd/thumb drive capacity, BC for xb and 360. Peoples download history staying in tact from this generation console.

    Thanks for the answer. But as I wrote in the above posts, I do not have at my disposal console xb 360. Therefore, there is no way to log in to my account on the console xb 360. Until that time, the so-called download queue of xb 360 was not filled up,
    content with backward compatibility xb 360 intended for xb 1 was downloaded to the console xb 1 x without any problems.

    Ditto here MS - I'm a fan boy, it's true and with the XB One touted as the all in one media centre I was sold. I've had mine set up for three days and I'm less than impressed. The pass through reduces the quality of my Virgin Media Tivo HD, not to mention
    the lack of support for movies from USB drives. It seems my 360 has better features than the XB One.

    Keep in mind that many of the Xbox 360 games are not yet backward compatible for xb one, you should check if the game you are trying to play is backward compatible with Xbox One, if you have them in digital format go to your games library on Xbox One and
