USB Controller Headfone-Jack not working after latest Alpha Update

Hey there, after the latest Update in Alpha Preview, the Headfone-Jack on my USB Razer Controller stopped working. Tried with a wireless controller, worked just fine. Wireless headset works, too. When I use my USB controller, no Audio is coming from the 3.5mm-port. Anyone having the same issue? Maybe you know a fix? Happy for any reply!

XBox One Wireless Adapter Driver (BSOD)

Also having this issue. Only every had the latest driver installed as only purchased two weeks ago. BSOD only occurs after about 10-30min of gaming. Controller otherwise connects and works without issue. This is an older controller without thru 3.5mm headphone
jack. I updated the controller firmware

    Some updating controller trouble.

The controller that has a 3.5mm headphone jack can be updated wirelessly. Other than that any micro USB cable can be used to update the controller.

bose QC35 & Elite Controller works only left ear

    Hi Arturs,

There isn't a developer mode on the controllers. There have been issues after updates with the 3.5mm jack messing up. This is the reason we suggest the adapter. As the adapter plugs into the controller via micro USB, a sturdier connection.

    Thanks,

    Brad

    Microphone not detected

Thanks Alpha Soulneed, I've attempted to update the controllers wirelessly on the Xbox and on a USB via our PC. They are both already up to date.

Is there a way to factory reset a controller?

    Microsoft headset

    Hello Lee,

Thanks for keeping us updated. It does sound as if the 3.5mm jack is not working correctly. The

    adapter
should in fact work as it plugs into the controller via the USB type connection next to the 3.5mm jack.

    Thanks,

    Brad
