    USB Confirmation

My Xbox 360 needs repair so I have my 2 USB ports taken out. This sounds like a pretty ridiculous question but when I get my Xbox 360 back after repairs and I put the 2 USBs back in, will the data still be there on my Xbox 360? I say this because I have
2 important Game Saves on there and I wanna make sure they're safe. (I've had experiences where my saves have been deleted somehow so I wanna be sure that my current saves are still good)

    :)

  2. Media playback from USB and DLNA coming soon to Xbox One

Albert Panello confirmed in a neogaf thread that it will support fat32, NTFS etc. The only downside is your external disc drive you may use for games cannot also be used for media. So one USB External dirve for games one USB/External Drive for audio/movies

as long as they are on the USB devices they will be fine. I took a usb drive with my account and saves and used them on my brother's different model 360 no issues.

Davemcfly is correct. However, sometimes things happen with external usb drives. If you want to be completely sure put the saves on the Cloud for an extra measure safety.

Not sure if I will do that option, but if I do how do I do it without using the console? (Unless you can't. My console had the red dot in the middle with a blank tv screen so I wouldn't be able to see anything)

IronicEar - at the time that I made the suggestion you had a Gold membership. However, it looks as though it has lapsed. The option to use the Cloud is not available with a Silver membership.

gamefriik - if your USB drive keeps unconfiguring then try formatting it on your pc before configuring it for use on the console. If it continues to do this then the USB may not be compatible or is malfunctioning.

Yeah I don't have Gold at this moment. I can buy another one. I was just wondering if I can or cannot save games on the Cloud without using my console. (And like I've stated before, my console has the red dot and blank screen so I can't see what's on the
    screen)
