    I still don't understand why Xbox doesn't support wireless dongles for headsets. They are a popular option for many gamers who play on multiple platforms. Audio dongles used to not work on the PS4, but they patched that quickly and now a USB dongle for wireless
    play works on PS4 but not Xbox. There are many popular headset models using these USB dongles but people who own them are forced to use the 3.5-millimeter audio jack because their console does not support this. I still don't understand why this has not been
    patched.

    there are limited headsets that will work via a specific dongle for usb on xbox, all other usb headsets are not supported in anyway as the xbox does not output audio via usb normally.

    Do you have the Dongle for the controller? Usually, they suggest getting the USB dongle( Xbox one direct) instead of the basic connect.
