USB 3 hard drives for Xbox one.

Does anyone recommend any usb3 HDD's for use with xboxone. Preferably good transfer rates.

What is the most affordable external hard drive for X1?

Definitely going to get Witcher 3: Complete Edition and a external hard drive at Best Buy on Thursday. I have a question to ask so which brand has the most valuable external hard drive for Xbox One: Stargate or WD? If not, then what's the best option to buy? Thanks.




The physical copies of the games will work while the save point is on the external hard drive and X1 is connected, am I correct?

if adverts for "compatible" external hard drives are any indication it would seem the external storage patch should be coming some time soon although I note it wont be in the first patch released.

had it a few months now, works great is small compact and doesnt need an additional power supply to run, it simply plugs straight in to the xbox

 

Game have got some on there online website, Don't know what they are like but they are in xbox one accessories

that's cool, like it due to the protection it has, cheap, and follows the colour scheme for the xbox, cheers.

 

I got a WD 2tb. Plugs straight in and no power cord needed. Tiny as well and quiet. Does the job.

 

I have a 350GB Mitsumi and it doesn't recognize it even though it's usb3 and above the 250GB minimum.

 

I think all are pretty standard with regards to read/write speeds
