usa only card

Discus and support usa only card in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; ive contacted xbox on phone and theyve said card is not uk region so dunno what live rewards are talking about my i have my gems back please...     gold member ship card

    gold cards like MS point cards are region locked and only work in the region they came in. a usa card will not work on a uk account.

    you would need to get a USA region card as a Mexico region points card will not work on a USA account.

    I've already added a non USA billing option, and when I try to pay the subscription with another card I can only choose the expired American card.
