USA Now App

I can open the app and view the shows lists, however when I go to play and enter my login I for for ATT I get an error

"oops something went wrong. Please navigating back home and try again. If the problem persists, please restart the application."

Yes that is a typo on their part not mine. I have restarted and even uninstalled reinstalled the app with no success.

Many tips or known issues with this?

USA NOW won't load videos - check internet connection

USA NOW won't load videos - and says to check internet connection. Internet is working fine on all other apps. Have tried to uninstall and then reinstall with no luck. Does the app just NOT WORK?

 

My TV show pins disappeared

I've pinned some individual shows from Fox NOW and USA Network and they have disappeared from my pins. When I go in the app it shows that they are still pinned. When you try to repin the show nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling the app and also uninstalled
the user date for the app. Is there anyway to get the shows I've pinned back?

 

I am having the same problem. Can't get anything to work - tried restarting, cold restarting, quitting app. Same error over and over

 

Same here. That's really annoying.

 

I can watch on my laptop, it was just always easier with my Xbox.

 

Same here. It's been happening for a few days. Some episodes work for me but most are throwing that error.

Hey everyone!

Sorry to hear about the issue with the USA Now app! If you haven't already, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

• First, from the USA Now app, press the Menu button.
• Select Sign out of cable provider and then press the B button on your controller.
  
• Navigate back to the Home screen and press the Menu button while the USA Now app is selected.
  
• Select Manage and then select Uninstall.
• After the app has uninstalled, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console has powered off, wait a few minutes and then power on your Xbox One console.
  
• Navigate to My Games & Apps and under the apps tab, you should see the USA Now app under the Ready To Install section on the right side.
  
• Select USA Now and select Install.
• Once the app has installed, open the app and press the Menu button.
• Select Sign in to TV provider and follow all of the listed steps to activate your account through the USA Now website.

Followed the steps provided and still the same error. Checked multiple shows and an error on each.

 

i'm having the same problem. the weird thing is i have actually gotten a couple shows to START, but couldn't get any episodes of Mr. Robot to start. It's on the front page and i wanted to watch episode 1, so i click the "..." at the bottom to show all
episodes. It gives the above error. I search for the show and i'm able to then display all the episodes. i go to episode 1 and get the same error. one time i got episode 1 to start but it was the one with spanish subtitles. the preview videos work for
me.

not sure what the problem is...

 

i tried the above (uninstall, etc) and it doesn't fix it. the thing is the only show that seems to be affected for me is Mr. Robot. I can start other shows. AND for Mr. Robot, i can play the episodes with spanish subtitles but not the ones without. wtf?

 

Only newer episodes of mr robot work

 

why?

also, i was able to watch the pilot (in spanish only) but can't watch the others (even in spanish). dammit!
