US Games on Demand

Hey guys, wondering if someone could help me, I live in UK i own the Xbox one. I was wondering am i able to switch region to US and download Garden Warfare on demand, using my Sisters Address (who lives in America). So i can play the game now rather than
waiting till is released in UK.

Would i then be able to switch my account back to UK and still play the game? Is this Ok thing to do? or could it get my account band? will the game actually download/work?

Any help would be great thanks

I don't think you would get banned, but I'm not sure it would work. I've read this below"

I know you want to switch regions, but you can't change them frequently. At least before you had to wait a few months if I remember correctly.
