US games on a UK Console

it's because europe uses PAL dvds for some reason when japan and US use NTSC, some games are region free though, some are not, about 20% of games on 360 are region free ( not sure if they work everywhere though) and about 99.5% of ps3 games are region free.

You can't play games from different regions except a few a select few which *whats his face* posted above. If the console is region locked you will have a problem playing a game from a different region. If the game is region locked but the console
is region free you can play the game on that console. The problem is that the region free console is an import usually so its as much as a new Xbox One.

You can NOT play Euro games on a USA console.

You can NOT play USA games on a Euro console.

You CAN play ANY game on a NTSC-J (Japan) console.

You'll need to buy Region Free games, these are games that are not hindered by the restriction of hardware, software, IP, PIN code and other methods.

Go here and find your game, you'll need to find the game (if it's from America it'll me something like this : Battelfield NTSC/U), then see
if it will work on your UK Xbox (PAL).

Oh! ...... that is very bad news .... the most annoying thing is that at no point do you get told when ordering .... should be obvious when you have to select a foreign shipping alternative. Thanks for letting me know, 'though.
