    Is there a region lock for digital games?

    I live in israel and I want to buy digital game from the US or canada is it possible?

    Can’t redeem game gift?

    Sorry to hear it. Does your friend live in the same country as you? Digital gift codes are only valid in the country that they were purchased from. For example, if you live in the US and your friend lives in Canada then the code will not work.

    If this is not the case then please try redeeming the code here https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter?ref=xboxcom

    Digital purchases from other regions.

    It wont work. It would be the same thing if someone in canada bought a US digital game , the codes are region locked

    Going From Current Game Pass Ultimate Subscription To Xbox All Access (Canada)

    Ah it looks like the All Access site is not up in Canada so that's why the link isn't working. They're using digital direct for the code which you can read about

    here.

    I'm not sure if All Access will be available when pre-orders go Live in Canada or not. They will be here in the US, but all I could find was "this holiday" for when it comes to Canada.

However, if you purchase a gift card, you need to make sure that the currency should match the recipient's currency. Otherwise, your friend will not be able to use or redeem the gift card.     Digital code doesn't work in Canada

    Keep in mind gifting is region locked

    So if you aren't in Canada you will have to find an etailer in his region and send hum a code from a third party

    it is 25 codes like i said i bought many of these before just this one isnt working , and windsor ontario is canada, its 25 digits just for some reason its not working
