Może więc jednak da radę cofnąć/usunąć to zawieszenie? Tylko pytanie do Was, kto mógłby mi pomóc w tej sprawie? Gdzie jeszcze mogę się zgłosić?

PS. W razie potrzeby mogę udostępnić screeny z rozmów ze sprzedawcą - żeby nie było że sam coś nabroiłem i próbuję to jakoś cofnąć.

Komunikat pojawiający się w grze mówi o zawieszonyn "suspended", nie o zbanowanym "banned"(urządzeniu) . Może więc nie wszystko stracone :/

Kontaktowałem się z poprzednim właścicielem. Poinformował mnie że ostatnia grą z serii FIFA, w którą grał na XO, była FIFA 18. Twierdzi on również że nigdy nie miał problemu z grą w FUT w tamtej części. Nie robił tez żadnych zabronionych rzeczy w grze, które
mogłyby skutkować jakimkolwiek zawieszeniem.

Witam, zakupiłem przez internet konsole Xbox One. Po uruchomieniu jej, zalogowaniu się na swoje konto zainstalowalem gre Fifa 20. Po uruchomieniu gry i próbie wejścia w tryb FUT wyświetlil mi się komunikat o zawieszeniu urządzenia. Niestety poprzedni właściciel
nie poinformował mnie o tym fakcie...

Zgodnie z komunikatem skontaktowałem się z EA, oni natomiast odsyłają mnie do Was bo to "blokada urządzenia". Proszę o pomoc i informacje czy istnieje możliwość cofnięcia tego zawieszenia.
